How it works:
- Pay this deposit after confirming your chosen product or service with us
- Work on services may begin after deposit is received
- Products and final service documents are only released after full payment
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid before delivery or final release

Important:
- For physical products, deposits are partly refundable depending on progress and supplier costs already incurred
- For services, deposits are non-refundable once work has started
- Use your order number and product/service name as reference when paying
