What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original packaging. Please contact us at info@sunfloweronline.co.za to initiate a return. Hygiene-related products such as skincare devices are final sale for health and safety reasons.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. For health and safety reasons, skincare devices, ear products and personal care items are final sale once opened. All other items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused condition.
When will I get my order?
South African orders typically arrive within 7–20 business days. International orders may take 15–30 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
